What is the typical shipping time for lighting fixtures?

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 7-12 business days. Large-scale chandeliers may require additional handling time for secure crating.

Are your products compatible with smart home systems and dimmers?

Yes, the majority of our fixtures are compatible with standard trailing-edge dimmers. For smart home integration, we recommend using dimmable LED bulbs or smart switches compatible with your specific home automation hub.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging fragile items, but if a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or replacement parts immediately at no extra cost.

Do you offer professional installation services?

Vinlighting provides the hardware and detailed instructions for all fixtures. However, for safety and warranty compliance, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired installations.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or modified fixtures are not eligible for return unless they possess a manufacturing defect.

Are the light bulbs included with the fixtures?

To allow customers to choose their preferred color temperature and brightness, bulbs are typically not included unless specifically stated on the product page. We recommend using high-quality LED bulbs for energy efficiency.
